3. Shipping We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3–5 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

4. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for wrong, expired, or suspected fake products only. Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
